CABBAGE SOUP 

Cabbage soup is as warm as nutritious as they come! Simply cook a bunch of sliced cabbage with mirepoix veggies,  

chopped tomatoes, vegetable broth, and herbs for an easy and delicious low-calorie supper. 

I couldn't wait to prepare this cabbage soup after everyone raved about my lentil soup. 

It's comforting, tasty, and super healthful owing to cabbage, a nutritional powerhouse!  

This vegetable has numerous health benefits (which I'll discuss below) and is an excellent anti-inflammatory and low-carb option to include in your diet. 

And, while this soup is on the lighter side, there are numerous ways to make it the hearty winter soup of your dreams.  

It definitely is one of the most versatile soups! You can add ground meat, plant-based proteins, more vegetables, various spices, and so forth.  

Needless to say, this is a warm, calming recipe that you'll want to keep on hand during the frigid winter months!
