Triple berry chia pudding

In a blender, combine 1 cup of mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries). 

Add 1 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk (like almond milk or coconut milk).  

Blend until smooth to create a berry puree. 

In a mixing bowl, combine the berry puree with 1/4 cup of chia seeds. 

Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed in the mixture. 

Sweeten to taste with a natural sweetener like honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar. 

Let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken. 

Once set, give it a final stir to break up any clumps and distribute the berries.
